Why a 14-day trial instead of a forever-free tier?+
Kaxse's value compounds across the whole discipline loop — warm-up, live session, AI coach, cool-down, journal review. A trade-count limit doesn't capture that. Fourteen days lets you experience real trading weeks with the full system. After the trial, the account stays usable in read-only mode (analytics + history + journal entries) so you never lose your data.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
No. The 14-day trial is no-card-required. We'll only ask for billing details if you choose to upgrade to Pro before or after the trial ends.
What happens after the 14 days?+
Your account drops to read-only — you keep access to your trade history, analytics, and journal entries indefinitely, but live features (warm-up gate, AI coach, vault, real-time risk enforcement, new trade entry) require a Pro subscription. Subscribe at any time and pick up where you left off.
Do you really not place trades?+
No. Kaxse is a behavioural layer, not an order-management system. We read your account state when you connect a broker, detect violations of your own rules, and surface them via in-app warnings, AI coach messages, and Kaxse-side session lockdowns. We never cancel or place orders. See /security for the full breakdown.
Can I use Kaxse without connecting a broker?+
Yes. Manual trade entry and CSV import are first-class. Many traders on prop firms or unsupported brokers use Kaxse this way — the warm-up, cool-down, AI coach, and analytics all work on manually-logged trades.
What brokers do you support?+
Alpaca and Tradovate today. CSV imports support TradingView, MT4/5, NinjaTrader, Interactive Brokers Flex, and a generic CSV format. More direct integrations are on the roadmap.
Cancel anytime?+
Yes — managed via Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no fees, no friction. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation; you can re-subscribe and pick up where you left off.
Is my data used to train AI?+
No. Your trade data, journal entries, and AI coach conversations are not used to train any model. The coach uses Google Gemini at inference time only.
